A LITTLE BIT OF QUIRKINESS!
I Thought I would share these two pictures with you (expecially you Robyn!!!) , of a sheep that my daughter brought in burra. They are really quirky out door decorations. Some people have a real knack of coming up with great ideas, and they were made using old galvanised iron fences! Two bottle tops were used for eyes, simple but a fun decoration.
MORE CHRISTMAS IN JULY
Just a couple more Christmas in July cards I have made using the technique of Iris folding. For the candle I have embossed using the cuttlebug folder snowflakes and then rubbed gold ink over it. I have only used two papers for the folding and a gold sparkly piece for the centre. Around the edge of the white I used a green holly border, with the whole lot being attatched to a red card.
For the bauble card I used 5 different papers and a pink glitter paper for the centre. To add a bit more sparkle to the card I have added a sparkly transparent border line and corners to match. For the top of the bauble I used the same sparkly pink paper as the centre and then a border strip for a hanger with some pink organza ribbon..
I hope you have enjoyed a bit of "quirkiness" and these iris folded cards. Happy Crafting.
Debbie
